4:30 PM Doors open for browsing mounts, displays, & video.
5:15 PM Drop off your game dish to share
5:30 PM Dinner will begin downstairs
6:00 PM Presentation on God’s Amazing World and Pope & Young scoring
7:30 PM Door prizes & dessert.
We’d love to display your mount, contact us by 1/24 so we can prepare a place for it. Those who register by 1/24 will be entered in the drawing for a special door prize (must be present to win). If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know so we can make your ticket available to someone else.
