(Vacation Bible School)
5 days of fantastic, free, fun, Monday 6/29 – Friday 7/3, daily from 8:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church for kids from Pre-Kindergarten to completed 6th grade (2025-2026 school year). Because of the longer time, we will serve a free lunch! Please be sure to include any dietary allergies on the registration form.
Games, Bible Basics, Crafts, Music, Contests, Lunch, and Prizes are some of the other fun things going on! Bring your Bible if you’ve got one, pennies for the missionary contest if you’d like, and make sure to invite a friend or two for all the excitement!
- Parents, please drop off children Monday-Friday between 8:25am-8:40am.
- Please approach the church from the Avoca Post Office and come up Maple St to the1st entrance of the church parking lot.
- At pick up time we would ask that you park in the parking lot and come inside (upstairs) to sign your child(ren) out.
It’s time to register for Vacation Bible School!
Here’s a few tips, before you start on our form:
- We are only providing 1 menu for each day of the VBS program. If your child would need an alternate, we ask that you provide a packed lunch for that day. You will be asked on the registration form to indicate which meals they will be eating.
- MENU
- Monday- Walking Tacos, Carrots/cucumbers, apple slices & pudding cup
- Tuesday- Mac N Cheese (not kraft), baguette, broccoli, applesauce cup & rice krispie treat
- Wednesday- PB&J (3yr-Kindergarten)/Hot dogs (3rd -6th grade), chips, carrots/cucumbers, orange cups, brownie
- Thursday- Spaghetti, bread, corn, cheese stick, & granola bar
- Friday- Pizza, salad & ice cream sandwich
