The Walk Through Nativity is just 13 days away and we are not ready! We need a heavenly host, for Pete's sake! Not a heavenly huddle! We need all ages of people to fill all sorts of jobs. If you have questions, contact Heather Meade, or sign up at the bulletin board. But we need to know soon so we have a costume for you, so don't wait!

*12/8 6:30 - 10:00 PM Underground Christmas. This year the Fold Christmas Party for students (grades 7-12) will be a village wide secretive affair. If you live in the village and are available and willing to be a location that hosts small groups of teens throughout the evening, please contact Pastor Brandon or Tawyna Hughes.

*12/13 Awana Auction. If you have new or slightly used items that you would like to donate, please let Pastor Brandon know. We are looking for items that would interest the children themselves or that the children would use as gifts for family members. Items need to be to the church before noon on Tues. Dec. 12th.

*12/14 Senior Community Luncheon. Invite someone 55 or older to join us for great food and fellowship. Please bring a dish to pass, your own table setting and a good appetite. If you have any questions please call Chris Wolcott at 585-384-6052. Those that are interested in joining us at Family Life Ministries for the January Seniors Luncheon, please be prepared, on 12/14, to give Joanne Drake $9 each for the cost of the ticket so she can make reservations for our group.

*12/16 1:00 - 4:00 PM Ladies Paint Day. If you are looking for some fellowship with some other ladies, then come & enjoy a time of painting, food, and fun at the church. The cost is $20 per person (this covers the cost of the materials). Seating is limited to 30 people, so please sign up on the bulletin board if you plan to attend. Also, please bring a dish to pass. This time, the winter themed picture will be chosen by the group that signs up. Contact Amanda Mullen with questions (607-661-6632)

Any funds over and above will be used for additional equipment. Thank you for your generosity! So far we have raised $1,610.00

Correction to Church Clerk report and Member List - 2016-17

There was a Membership meeting held on October 30, 2016 at 10:45 a.m. The membership applications of Thomas C. Meade and Elizabeth E. Meade were unanimously approved.
In the original Annual report, the names of Thomas C, Meade and Elizabeth E. Meade were omitted from the list. This makes a new total of 108 members at the end of September 2017.
I apologize for the error and ask you to forgive my oversight. Thank you! In Christ, Myra Jensen, Asst. Church Clerk

Annual Meeting Results

The Bylaws proposal, the addition of the Chacons and Bruce Archer, and the stewardship proposal all passed.
Mark Eckler, Aaron Mullen, and Phil Wirsing will serve as Deacons until the end of 2020. Todd Hughes will serve as Trustee for a full three year term. Deaconesses: Pam Gay will serve through 2018 and Esther Glick, Vanessa Obrochta, and Marleena Payne will serve through 2020.
